Hi everyone 😊

A bit of an update regarding my work as I receive a lot of enquiries. Some of you may know me from having another role/ business as a tattoo artist.
Sadly, through covid, I’ve decided to not continue in that area of work for the most part, and which I had been involved in since 2005.

Now I am in the scary position of starting up all over again- I forgot what this could feel like! 😅
I am resetting my sails, many clients were aware that I have a more spiritual, personal development aspect that I had previously ran alongside tattooing, often supporting my working with groups for free.

As this will now be my main area of work, I would once again be very appreciative for any support 🙏🏻✨

My work is now focused on healing and teaching, I have been an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher and certified HeartMath Trainer, for around 6 years, and I now have a new, serene, studio based in Cambridgeshire.

I offer 1-1 healing sessions, as well as the option of learning HeartMath self-regulation, energy management techniques, which I also offer to business, to manage stress and improving communication, relationships etc as well as increasing resilience, supporting our capacity to deal with change.

HeartMath is used by NHS, Nuffield Health and many large companies including Tesco’s, plus other large businesses and media companies.

For the past couple of years, I’ve been working with individuals and groups, including parents of children & young people, wanting to improve their energy levels, address stress and anxiety, as well as improving sleep.
I’ve worked with schoolchildren to manage exam stresses that helps improve memory recall.

Being one myself, I work with parents and carers who have children and young people with Autism, and other challenges.
I have delivered training locally via projects such as The Olive Branch, City College, Family Voice. In this case I created tailored workshops for specific outcomes, eg improving sleep, addressing ‘overcare,’ overwhelm and burnout.

I can deliver training online as well as in person, healing sessions are usually in person.
I hold heart-centred coherence/ meditation groups and sessions, which work well for those who often find meditation difficult.
