🌱Reducing stress- As becoming a mum or mum again, this can be an overwhelming time, of the unexpected, have other little ones, how would they feel when a new sibling arrives? A working mum, pressures of work, home life and overall how your feeling?
🌱Lowering anxiety- again same above. Also, can include any health issues within the Pregnancy or general worries. You have come to a safe Space to relax.
🌱Improve sleep- as we all know sleep is the big issue, getting up in the middle of the night again, sound familiar to go to the toilet!? Generally helping to relax mum-to-be in one way or another to get some well deserved rest!

✨️As I'm getting busier, I do have numerous clients that would like appointments usually last minute. And as I do give plenty of notice from 2 booking systems from at least 48 hours prior before. Please give plenty of notice. I understand circumstances can occur. If it's under 24 hours or first thing in the morning due to illness, I'm happy to reschedule if not, unfortunately the treatments will have to be paid in full (I am negotiable & fair with rebooking again at a later date)..

🌟If cancelling within 48 hours. As this gives plenty of time for me to contact another client. And as a freelance and not cancelling means loss of business time. I hope you can understand! Have a lovely day!
