Not that I need reminding but after days like today I am so grateful to have such fabulous clients , we have had it all workmen , dogs in the salon , phone calls galore which included me having to get firm with people , then complaints dept ringing back then carpet fitters then insurance companies oh and let’s not forget the school and BMW garage
No breaks since I started at 8 just finishing now and made so much easier by you guys

Good morning, I hope you are all having a fantastic start to 2024 .
I’m sorry my first post of the year is a bit down beat but sadly the time has come to make some changes
As you all know I would do pretty much anything for my clients flexibility wise often meaning working on my days off which does have a massive impact on what I had planned to do that day , I don’t do this because I feel I have to but because I want to as most of the times these changes happen for reasons out of our control (ok sometimes we can help it lol )
I have done this for over 10 years but sadly now I find it’s happening more and more often and then on my day off when I have moved things around to fit my clients in they can’t come again letting me know at short notice which I am now finding this more difficult to accept and totally unfair to me
So from today unless it’s an exception to the rule (and those will happen and I will gladly change your appointment ) if it’s because you have forgot , double booked or written the time down wrong then I’m sorry unless I have space on another working day you will have to wait for your next booked appointment
I have hated writing this so I hope you understand and please remember this doesn’t mean I am no longer flexible it just means I am trying to protect my days off

What a wonderful day
My first long day off a weeks worth and has been full of such funny chats , I am so lucky to have clients I truly like and love catching up with and as always the gifts you bring this time of year always touches my heart and I never take any of you for granted
