I've been a little bit tired of Facebook so I've not been posting much content so this is my first post this year. Whilst understanding the power of the platform, in a business sense, it's lost its appeal to me, however, I've had a major revamp of my website and booking system and decided to tell everyone about it.

I'm still offering all my usual treatments - so if it's a relaxing massage or an invigorating reflexology session along with many of my spiritual treatments I offer such as Reiki or my Shamanic Healing....I've got something to suit all tastes.

It's been a challenging few months for me but having now fully recovered from surgery it's time to get back to work.

For a few weeks I was spending time sitting doing very little and it became apparent to me that I hadn't done this for many years. Being on the go all the time, it's very easy to forget to appreciate the value in stopping and taking stock. This happens a lot to us when we are wrapped up in our busy lives.

So I've opened my calender again for accepting new and current clients. There is always the temptation to throw myself back to working non stop again but having had the time to reflect I'll be making sure of finding the right balance.

☀️What is pressotherapy ?

Pressotherapy is a procedure that is said to help with lymphatic drainage, thereby potentially slimming the look of the arms and legs easing aches and pains, and detoxifying the body. It uses an air pressure machine to inflate a suit that squeezes your arms, legs, or abdomen in a rhythmic Pressotherapy stimulates the body’s lymphatic system.
