From 1st November, I’ll be introducing new opening hours, including set late nights to make it a little easier for everyone to get booked in. 🤍

Christmas is always my busiest time of year, so if you have a particular date or time in mind, I’d definitely recommend getting organised early once the diary opens. ✨

Hey everyone, just a little reminder…

With the school holidays and life generally being busy, I’ve unfortunately had a few last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and appointments where treatments have been reduced on the day.

If you’ve booked multiple treatments, that time has been specifically reserved for you. If you decide to shorten or change your appointment at the last minute, I’ll still need to charge for the treatments that were originally booked, as that time has been set aside and another client could have filled it.

I completely understand that plans can change, and I always try to be as accommodating as possible. However, please remember this is my business and my income. When appointments are missed, cancelled at the last minute, or cut short without notice, it’s very difficult to fill those appointment slots.

My cancellation/ no show policy is pinned to the top of my page.
