A quick update for all my clients

As most of you already know, I’m delighted to officially announce that I’m expecting a baby, due in October🤰As a result I’ll be taking some maternity leave from Saturday 3rd of October to December time.
(December dates to be confirmed, Limited spaces will be available)

Please note Megan only has limited spaces available before she goes off in October.

During this time, Michelle will still be working her normal hours
Thursday 9-8
Friday 9-3
Saturday 9-3
I recommend booking ahead during this time if you’d like to secure a slot, as she will be super busy. 🙈

✨IMPORTANT PRICE INCREASES✨

Due to the continuous rising costs of products, utilities etc. we unfortunately have no other option but to increase SOME of our prices.
We do apologise for this inconvenience and hope that you all understand that it’s something we have to do to continue as a small business.

This price increase will start from the 1st of May 2026

💥CANCELLATION POLICY💥

From the 1st of May we will be updating our cancellation policy.
As currently stands we ask for ATLEAST 24hours notice when cancelling, rearranging or changing your appointments and cancellations that are less than 24hours notice, on the day or no shows will USUALLY result in a 50% charge.

THIS WILL CHANGE FROM THE 1ST OF MAY

If you cancel your appointment 48hrs before your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the booking fee and if you cancel within less than 24hrs it will be a 75% Charge and a NO SHOW will be charged FULL 100% appointment price due to not enough time to fill that space.

We completely understand that sometimes you are not able to keep your appointments but we kindly ask for atleast 48 hours notice when cancelling or rearranging your appointments.

This allows us to offer your appointment slot to other clients on our waiting list. Without notice we are unable to fill your slot and we lose out.

We are very grateful for your support and understanding that these charges are to help recover loss of business. Our cancellation fee helps us to cover some of the costs lost as wages, heating, electricity, rent, insurance and much more still needs to be paid.
