Fragrance within skincare… is it good or is it bad?

If you’re struggling with acne or scarring, please know you are not alone, and your skin does not define your worth. I have learned that my skin is never going to be perfect and that's ok but treating things you are self conscious about is also ok too 🤍

Acne and scarring is more than just “bad skin” — it can affect confidence, mental wellbeing and how we feel every single day.

I know how frustrating the cycle can be: trying every product, hiding breakouts, scarring, pigmentation and feeling overwhelmed by different sources online (especially TikTok trends and recommended products).

What I’ve learned is that healthy skin is not about perfection — it’s about understanding your skin, supporting its barrier, and treating it with consistency and care.

The goal should always be skin health first, not just quick fixes. Treatments can support the skin when combined with education and realistic expectations.

This before and after is with 3 treatments of exosomes microneedling at 4 weekly intervals. A next level treatment which stimulates and inhibits cell turnover and collagen production at a high level to the renew the skin and treat these acne scars.

I'm Rhea, a fully qualified NMC Registered Nurse with over 7 years nursing experience within multiple different backgrounds including surgical, acute and primary care.

Within the last 5 years I qualified as a Nurse Practitioner completing three Masters Post Graduates in Minor Illness Management, Advanced Clinical Skills and Prescribing equating to a PGCert.

I have been passionate about skin health and education for several years and I am excited to share my knowledge and results driven aesthetic treatments.
