When I started this journey four years ago, I honestly didn’t know where this career would take me. I’ve had my ups and my downs all of which I have learnt from.

I have been on some amazing training and met so many other amazing therapists and clients along the way. Some of you I regard as pretty close friends now, all supporting and helping each other to achieve our goals.

In the last two years, I advanced my knowledge and offering by studying towards VTCT Level 2 & 3 in Facials and Electrotherapy. I then took the next step with offering more advanced treatments such as Mesotherapy, Chemical Peels and Wellness Injections to name a few.

When looking at the re-brand, we wanted to state our offering to make it clear for our current and future clientele. So welcome to

10th October 2023 - WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY.

Mental Health means different things to different people. We can all get caught up with work, life, day-to-day pressures and everything in between and begin to loose ourselves.

As we’re coming to the end of 2023, why not start today giving yourself 5 or 10 minutes a in the day to shut off from your phone, this could be reading a book, sitting in the garden listening to nature, whatever it is you need to do to shut off and give your mind, body and soul the rest and recovery it needs.

This is also an invitation to come and look at the treatments at the Wellness Pod. We’re able to cover a variety of treatments to meet your skin and body needs, but also have wellness treatments for those wanting to shut off and pamper.

Last week, I had one of the most amazing experiences and chances to be taught by the amazing Kyra from .

I honestly could not praise her enough. I received detailed course manuals ahead of the training, this allowed me to prepare and write up my own notes. No question was too silly, nor was it too much trouble for Kyra to answer.

I had full confidence and trust as each day we went through the course manuals coupled with the ‘dummy’ head and arms building up my confidence before the live models practicals. Having this 1-on-1 training with Kyra, I knew I was had complete confidence in carrying out the treatments with the live models.

This experience has prepared me to advance the Wellness Pod into the next range of treatments.
