Smoker's lines are something I treat quite regularly at Rhijuvenate, and I absolutely love seeing the difference this treatment can make.
This client had noticeable vertical lines around her lips, which had developed over the years when she smoked. Although she gave up years ago, the lines had remained.
My aim wasn't to change the shape of her lips or add unnecessary volume. Instead, we worked to restore lost volume, support the surrounding tissue and soften the appearance of those lines.
And what a difference. 🤍
Using dermal filler, we achieved a beautifully softened result while keeping everything looking completely natural.
She was so happy with her result, and immediately remarked at how much the lines had softened.
I genuinely feel this treatment has taken years off the appearance of her mouth.
It's becoming one of my signature treatments at Rhijuvenate Aesthetics, because I love helping women who feel that these lines are ageing them, whilst still keeping the result subtle and natural.
For this client, just 0.7ml was used, but the amount required will always vary depending on the individual, their anatomy and the degree of correction needed.

A little teeny freshen up!
My client felt that her top lip disappeared when she smiled and wanted just a smidge of filler to give a little more symmetry between top and bottom lips.

✨Adding some natural looking symmetry to this beauty.✨
My client felt that her top lip was very thin and wanted to balance out the proportions of her lips.
This was achieved using a full 1ml - she was feeling brave! We stopped and assessed the lips throughout the process, stopping at 0.5ml, 0.7ml etc as, overfilled lips are not my style!
My client is very happy with them!
I have also added a new 'Refinement' treatment where you can return within 4-6 weeks of the initial treatment and get up to 1ml for a discounted rate, if once the swelling goes down you feel you'd like a bit more! Check the website for details
