✨ My journey to finding ME again ✨

I’m not one to gatekeep… and if you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I always keep you up to date with my own journey. 🤍

The first photo was me two years ago.
The last photo was taken this week.

And when I look at these pictures side by side, I see so much more than just a change in my face.

I see a woman who has changed.
A woman who has learnt more about herself.
A woman who has invested in herself.
And, most importantly, a woman who is starting to feel like herself again. 🥹✨

Getting older, hormones changing, life happening, children growing up, running a business… sometimes somewhere along the way, you can look in the mirror and realise you don’t quite recognise the person looking back at you.

That was me.

I didn’t want to look like someone else.
I didn’t want to change who I was.

I just wanted to look less tired, fresher, healthier and more like the version of me I still felt inside. ❤️

I’ve tried things. I’ve learnt things. I’ve had treatments. I’ve made changes. I’ve also changed my mind about things along the way!

And I’m still on the journey. 🫶🏼

And this is exactly why I believe so strongly in consultations.

It’s been a really rough 7 days 🩷

My daughter has been really poorly, and it’s been a pretty worrying and emotional week for us. ❤️‍🩹 As a mum, everything else just has to take a back seat when your child isn’t well.

Things are still very much up and down, so I’m taking each day as it comes and just concentrating on getting her better and feeling more like herself again.

I’m really hoping I’ll be back in my beauty room tomorrow 🤞🏼 but please bear with me if things change or I need to take another little bit of time.

I hate having to cancel or move appointments, especially when I know you’re looking forward to your treatments, but sometimes life just has other plans. 🥹

I’m so incredibly grateful for every message, check-in, bit of patience and understanding I’ve had this week. It really has meant so much. 🩷
