2nd round of prep, the cuticles were instantly softer and less stuck compared to the first time.

These are the results from taking the prep very gentle the first time, not over doing the skin. If I were to over do the cuticles and chase that 'perfect prep look' the first time, this would cause the skin to retaliate. Listening to the skin, only doing what the skin allows, makes for easier work next time round.

As you can see, the first look before anything was to touch her nail beds, the cuticles are thick. They are very much glued to the nail plate.

This required lots of gentle, but thorough prep, listening to the skin at every moment being sure not to do more than it tolerated.

2nd Appointment, that perfect cuticle clean was achieved. The application was super smooth. Next time when there is even more nail bed and more growth, that finish fine will finish the nails off perfectly 👌

1st Appointment, We used DARK - ICONIC NAILS • все для манікюру Smart Gel to acheive a thin but strong structure. No Hard Gel is not just for long nails.

This client does a lot of work with her hands and it needed the added strength, especially as the goal is to grow lovely short, but neat nails.

The application was as neat as possible, there was not much room at all, so fine brushes were out to work as close as possible.

We had a starting point. They lasted impeccable well.
