You will be met with calm presence, in a safe, unhurried space where the body can soften, the breath can deepen, and the nervous system can finally let go. Reiki flows intuitively, responding to what’s needed in the moment rather than following a rigid structure — supporting mind, body, and soul as a whole.

People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced — as if something heavy has quietly lifted. Whether they arrive stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, energetically drained, or simply in need of rest, Reiki helps restore a sense of inner harmony and reconnection to self.

This year has held its fair share of challenges, not just for me but for the people I love too. 🫶🏻

Watching friends and family navigate their own heaviness has made me rethink what really matters.

Christmas time should be for slowing down, making memories and being with those you love.

Why is it that so many of us burden ourselves with frantically shopping for the right gift, the right wrapping, the perfect shop bought card, only to find the paper ends up in the bin, along with the card, unless it makes it to the giant 15 year old keep sake box in the loft, 🫣 and the ‘present’? Well 9/10 are sat in a shelf for the next 9 months as they are not needed.

I’m not stressing out at all this year. I will make something for those I cherish. I little card/note/gift that says I love you. 🫶🏻💫🫶🏻

This Christmas, I’m choosing presence over presents — slower moments, softer days, and the kind of connection you can’t wrap.

I will pour my love into what ever comes and enjoy the conversation and presence in the gifting.
