**First Aid + CPD**

Well that was a really fun weekend with refreshing my Outdoor First Aid skills. As many of you know I'm a super keen paddleboarder (and instructor). And these first aid skills are super relevant to my kinesiology training too.

Exciting new changes are coming to my little business. Expanding my skills and my offering, continuing to renovate my work space, and a fresh new look incoming. (Don't worry, hairdressing is still at the centre of my work!)

Hi everyone! It's been a little while since I've popped in and introduced myself, so here I am!

My name is Claire, and I work from my home salon in Stoke, Plymouth. I am a hairdresser with 17 years experience and work with high-quality products, including Milk_Shake, L'Alga and Davroe. 💇‍♀️

I have a dedicated, relaxed, ground floor salon space offering expert colouring, cutting, and styling services. I love problem solving and helping clients work toward healthy, beautiful hair. Being in my home I keep everything very relaxed so it is perfect for those of you who find a busy salon environment a bit much 🥰

I am also training to be a kinesiologist! I can't wait to bring this gentle, holistic health practice in alongside hairdressing to help support my clients with not only their hair, but their whole body health. **so many foils and nanos!**
Today Donna sat like a total pro. We did a full head of blonde foils with addition golden tones added to blend with her brand new nano extensions. She's all ready to fly to her best friend's wedding tomorrow. I love this transformation, and her colour and condition just keep getting better and better 😍

**Summer Blonde Refresh**

A lovely full head of blonde foils for this beaut! We cleansed her existing blonde with deep detox shampoo and gently created a refreshed summer blonde.

It's been a while since I've shown my face so I thought I'd just pop in and say hi ❤️ (yes, I'm massively overdue for a trim and a treatment, I'll be in touch with very soon about that).

It's been super busy here in my little salon and I've got some exciting new products on the way as well as some adjustments to some services 🥰🥳

If like me your hair is feeling the summer sun a little too much, come in for a treatment and maybe a cut to keep it looking beautiful through the summer. I'm often in the sea so my hair goes really light and often a bit dry and damaged. I love using K18 for repair and Davroe moisturing treatment to give softness and hydration.

Also if you feel your colour has suffered from the sun and the sea, I can get that refreshed for you with a deep detox and a toning gloss. 😍

I LOVE a colour transformation.
Lorna had years of red box colour on her hair and fancied a big change. Yesterday we gently lifted out some of the red pigment using Milk_Shake Lightening oil, protected with K18, foiled LOADS of blonde highlights and toned the remaining hair with a dark ashy tint. Big progress for one sitting. I can't wait for phase 2 🥳🥳💇‍♀️.
