For this treatment, we used 2ml of dermal filler strategically placed using a cannula technique to help improve the appearance of the marionette lines, chin and jowl area.

Rather than simply adding volume, the aim was to provide support and structure to the lower face, helping to soften the shadows and folds around the mouth while improving the overall contour of the chin and jawline.

The result is a smoother, more supported and refreshed lower face, with a subtle improvement to the transition between the chin and jowl area — whilst still keeping the outcome natural. 🤍

Over the years, filler had built up and migrated into the perioral area, contributing to a loss of definition and shape in the upper lip.

The first step was to dissolve the unwanted build-up, allowing the area to settle before carefully rebuilding the lips with a more balanced approach.

Just 0.5ml of filler was then used to restore subtle shape, definition and hydration while keeping the result natural and in proportion to the client's features. 💋

This beautiful transformation was achieved using **small, strategic amounts of dermal filler** to restore support where it had been lost.

💉 Cheek filler was used to replace volume and provide a gentle lift, helping to soften the appearance of the nasolabial folds.

💉 Chin and jawline filler were then carefully placed to improve facial balance, create natural definition, and reduce the appearance of deeper lines around the lower face.

The result? A fresher, more supported appearance while keeping my client's natural features and expressions intact. Less is often more when it comes to achieving elegant, natural-looking results. 🤍

My client came to me wanting to soften the appearance of her marionette lines and reduce the folds at the corners of her mouth while maintaining a natural look.

For this treatment, I used:
💉 Botulinum toxin to relax the DAO (Depressor Anguli Oris) muscle, helping to lift the corners of the mouth.
💉 0.5ml of Aessoa Deep filler each side, carefully placed using a cannula and threading technique to restore support and soften the marionette lines.
💋 To complete the result, I added 0.6ml of lip filler to enhance volume and definition while preserving a soft, natural shape. This also helps to reduce the appearance of perioral lines 💋

The outcome is a fresher, more youthful appearance without looking overdone—just subtle enhancements that complement my client's natural features.
