Is your cleanser doing what it should be?🧴

🌿 Anua Azelaic Acid 10 Hyaluron Redness Soothing Serum: perfect for redness and sensitivity, especially if you’re dealing with hormonal or menopausal skin changes.

🛡️ La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Soothing Repair Spray — which you can definitely buy in the UK. Brilliant for supporting your skin barrier, use it alongside your moisturiser or layer it under your SPF.

💛 Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream: my magic cream! This one has saved my skin from many a hormonal breakout!
