Bruising and swelling can be very common post treatment 🕊️
Here are some tips to speed up the healing process -
▫️Drink lots of water! At least 2L
▫️Avoid smoking/vaping, alcohol and caffeine for at least 24hrs
▫️Avoid excessive heat for at least 24hrs
▫️Take an antihistamine to reduce inflammation
▫️Don’t touch the area for at least 24hrs
