The biggest apology to my acrylic clients this week!!
The heat has well and truly taken over & making it impossible to do any acrylic!
I think I have messaged all acrylic clients for this week, if I haven’t please message me!

📢 Client Notice

Hello everyone,

Just a polite notice for both existing and new clients. Over the last few months, a few issues have arisen, so I kindly ask that everyone takes note of the following:

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. As appointments are booked back-to-back, I ask that you do not arrive significantly early or late. Please allow time for traffic.

• Please ensure you have payment available at the time of your appointment. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to offer payment on payday, as this affects my ability to budget for my business, household bills, and family expenses.

• If you need to cancel within the 24-hour cancellation period due to not having payment available, a 50% cancellation fee will be required before your next appointment can be booked.

• If paying by cash, please bring the correct amount, as I do not carry change.

• Mondays are my designated day off and, moving forward, I will no longer be offering appointments on this day.

• From September, my working hours may change due to my daughter’s school schedule. I will keep all clients updated as soon as any changes are confirmed.
