✨ Salon Policies – Please Read Before Your Appointment ✨

To ensure every client receives the best possible experience, I kindly ask that you take a moment to read through my salon policies ❤️

🤧 Feeling Unwell – Please Read Carefully
If you have a cold, infection, flu symptoms, or are feeling unwell in any way, please rearrange your appointment.

I will always do my best to accommodate a rearranged appointment in these circumstances, so please don’t worry about letting me know — your honesty helps protect everyone 💗

📅 Cancellations & Reschedules
I completely understand that life happens, however I do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged

These policies are in place to protect my time and allow other clients the opportunity to book.

⏰ Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will need to be refused as it impacts the rest of the day’s bookings. This will be treated as a no-show and charged at 100%.
