Hilly, hot, no crowds, hot, 4 lap course, hot. Proud of the effort but will not be returning for that race again😂 felt unreal till 16k then dehydration just slapped me and was a mission to finish then, big work to do before Porto in September 🇵🇹

NEW PRICES AND HOURS

My new prices and hours are now in effect; thankyou to all of my clients who have taken the changes in their stride with no fuss, and have made me feel really re assured with a decision that is never easy to make.

The new prices and subsequent drop of hours allows me to have more time for myself and get a better work life balance, but also with the aim of longevity in my career and maintaining my standard of treatment for years to come.

Thankyou again team, your support is unbelievable.

As I’m getting ready to reduce my hours next week and shift to focus on to my own work life balance, I can’t help but look back at what I’ve built over the past 5 years and think that it was all worth it. I have worked countless hours, worked every hour of the clock and put (probably literal) blood sweat and gears into growing this business.

I remember thinking that if I could just get 20 people a week, I’d be absolutely flying, but was baffled as to how I’d get 20 people a week, every week. I have also been told time and time again that I was doing it all wrong, my price was too cheap, I wouldn’t sustain it etc. 5 years later I have been fully booked 6-8 weeks in advance for 2 years, seeing up to 50+ clients per weeks, and I’m finally in a position where I feel I can prioritise my own time rather than the business, and stop working every hour under the sun as I’ve promised Jess I’d do every year since I started 😂

Despite my best efforts, none of it would have been possible without all my clients sharing my social media, leaving reviews, telling their friends and everything in between. I am extremely lucky to have such an amazing, loyal client base which makes my life 100x easier than what it could be. I’m so excited for this next chapter of both my life, and the business’, as I look to expand into different sectors, see more people than ever while making sure I’ve got the time I need to enjoy life to the fullest!

Thankyou again to everyone for your ongoing support over the last 5 years, it doesn’t go unnoticed and you’ve helped make my dreams a reality 🙌

Thankyou for making 2025 my most successful year; the business is in a position I could have only dreamt of when I started 5 years ago and I’ll be forever grateful for the support.
