I am a little business, no show appointments does not just mean a loss of income but also means I have to turn away other clients who require appointments!

If you are no longer able to make your appointment please let me know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full treatment price to be paid before booking another appointment.
