💛 A Little Update from Shades 💛

This has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make, and it’s certainly not one I’ve made lightly.

After many years of offering lie-down sunbeds at Shades, I’ve made the difficult decision to remove them. With the continual rise in leasing costs, electricity prices, and the quieter summer periods we’ve experienced over the years, it’s unfortunately no longer financially viable to keep them.

I have always done everything I can to keep the sunbeds running because I know how much many of you love them. Sadly, the costs have continued to increase, and I’ve reached a point where I need to make the best decision for the future of my business.

The good news is that Shades isn’t going anywhere! 🤍 I’ll be replacing the lie-down beds with a stand-up sunbed and putting my focus into growing the beauty side of the salon, creating the salon I’ve always dreamed of. I’m so excited for this new chapter and everything that’s to come.

If you currently have sunbed minutes, please make sure you use them before the end of August, as that’s when the lie-down beds will be leaving. If you prefer not to use the stand-up sunbed, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

I know some of you will be disappointed, and I’m genuinely sorry. Thank you for your understanding, your loyalty, and your continued support over the years. It truly means the world to me.

Here’s to an exciting new chapter for Shades, and I can’t wait to share it with you all. 💕✨
