Honestly, it comes down to how we do nails - not just how they look on day one. We’re big on proper prep, clean cuticle work, and building structure that actually supports the natural nail as it grows. No rushing, no skipping steps, just solid foundations every time.

We are also aiming to ONLY work with HEMA & TPO-free products, because nail health matters long-term. We’re currently transitioning over to , and we still have a huge selection of CND — all fully 𝗛𝗘𝗠𝗔 & 𝗧𝗣𝗢-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲. Safe products, strong results, zero compromise.

Retention isn’t luck - it’s technique. From correct apex placement to controlled application, everything we do is focused on longevity, not just the finish photo. That’s why our clients come back after 4 weeks with growth, not lifting… and why infills can wait 💜

But as a small independent salon, our cancellation policy exists to protect the girls, their time, and the business.

For over 10 years of 𝗣𝗡𝗕, our clients and team have kept us going through some seriously tough times. Last-minute cancellations don’t just leave an empty chair, they directly affect the girls’ daily income.

So before you book, please make sure you’re happy with our terms & conditions and can commit to your appointment ✨

• More than 48hrs notice – no charge, rebook anytime 🤍
• 24–48hrs notice – 50% of the appointment value charged
• Less than 24hrs notice – 100% of the booking charged
• No-show / non-arrival – full appointment charge applied
