Hi girly, just wanted to put an apology out to everyone who is affected by this.

My Snapchat was blocked so I wasn't able to see messages. I was expecting all clients to turn up today even though I hadn't replied to them. I understand that some people wanted to confirm their appointments before arriving and that's why they didn't turn up. This has affected me as well as you because now I have to rebook the girls back into another day so I will lose an appointment date to give people. I understand that this is upsetting and it's not anyone's fault. I didn't expect this to happen, I am not just after anyone's money I'm just trying to do nails.

If you have missed your appointments today I can either rearrange your appointment or give you the deposits back whatever you prefer just private message me so you can tell me what you prefer to do and we'll do it.

Again I am so deeply sorry for this incident that has happened and I hope everyone understands and that this will never happen again but if it does people feel free to message me on Facebook or if you haven't heard back from me just understand that I may be busy so please still turn up to any appointments you have. In the future can everyone please note if I don't contact you to tell you that your appointment needs rescheduling then please turn up as I will be expecting you.
