After nearly 2 years and a career change, I’m finally able to part with some of my salon stuff 🙈😂

My very clever talented dad made most of it so there’s a couple of bespoke things I’m selling

• Front Desk (would make an ideal garden bar) £40

• Pink Screen (made to be fixed to a wall) £30

• Bespoke wooden nail desk with glass top (has a heart shape cut in one of the sides, can get a better photo on request) £50

• Up cycled chairs that would make a great ip cycling project £20 for both

I also have a double industrial nail dust extractor unit that cost £600 new I’m willing to let go for £50, can be used for 2 x nail stations and I can get more photos of that too.

📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Yes the rumors are true and it’s with a heavy heart I’m writing to let you all know that our beloved Shack is closing its doors for good.

This doesn’t mean you won’t still be able to get your treatments, it just means they won’t happen at The Shack. Your technicians/stylists would have already got in touch, if they haven’t then they will do over the next few days.

I opened The Shack (formerly The Nail Shack) back in 2017 on my own, after working from my living room with an 8 month old baby. Since then I have had the pleasure of working alongside the most incredible women. We have grown from strength to strength, worked every hour god has sent, met the most incredible people/clients and grew the most amazing family. I couldn’t be more proud of my fantastic team and I will never be able to thank them enough for all of the support over the years. We have all shared the same dream and have run a very happy ship.

We over came the pandemic, have supported one another through illness’ and life crisis’ and have even helped bring each other’s children up. It’s been a rollercoaster and I wouldn’t change one second of it!

We have now hit a cross roads where my personal career has taken a different direction in regards to teaching and competition work, the cost of running a salon has risen incredibly and sadly my heart is no longer in the running of the business. As a team we have come to the decision to stop whilst we’re ahead and leave the premises with only happy and funny memories. That’s not to say we aren’t utterly heart broken 💔 the past week has been full of emotions and tears, happy and sad

I want to thank each and every one of you who have been on this journey with us. From the staff members and clients old and new, to our parents, family members and friends that have supported us throughout and even our lovely neighbors on the high street. It has been a dream come true and we couldn’t have made it without you.

For me, we’ve completed it boys! We’ve loved and laughed every minute, even the crappy difficult ones. This isn’t the end for us individually, it’s the beginning of a new chapter.

If you have any queries regarding appointments or future treatments please contact your therapist direct. The booking system will be shut down by the 1st of July. Can I ask everyone to please bare with us and for your continued support and patience whilst we transition into our new work spaces.
