One of our favourite classes, and it’s easy to see why. 💦

Aqua aerobics runs three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, led by one of our own leisure team. It’s low impact and gentle on the joints, but don’t let that fool you, it’s a proper workout that builds strength, improves cardiovascular fitness and leaves you feeling genuinely good afterwards.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, it’s also one of those classes that draws a really lovely crowd. Familiar faces, a bit of laughter, and the pool doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

Coming to the spa this April, our spa team are offering something a little different, and your back will thank you for it.

Back Rescue is our signature treatment for the month, a full 55-minute experience that works just like a facial, but for the skin you tend to forget about.

Starting with a cleanse and exfoliation, moving into a back massage, then a hydrating mask while the backs of your legs get some attention too. Properly thorough and genuinely lovely. 🤍

Available throughout April for £40 (usually £65). Why not add a spa day for just £20 more.

A little heads-up.

From Monday 23rd March to Thursday 2nd April, our pool, sauna, whirlpool bath and steam room will be closed for some essential maintenance. 🏊

These are important works to keep everything safe and running smoothly for the seasons ahead.

Our gym and squash court will be open as normal throughout. We’re hoping to be back to full operation from Friday 3rd April, we’ll keep you posted.

To say thank you for your patience, our spa will be offering 30% off spa treatments for members and 20% off for non-members throughout the closure period.
