When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved especially for you.

My time is my livelihood.
When an appointment is missed, I don't get paid for that time.
If you're employed, you're paid whether someone cancels a meeting or not.
Small business owners don't have that safety net.
A missed appointment = unpaid time.
