This is joyful hosting. Where everything’s prepped ahead, served at room temperature, and looks like it took ages but really it was simple and best of all- no stress. Just good food, that looks good and tastes good.
I’ll be sharing my tips on how to bring joy into your everyday cooking and will certainly be trying to convince you that cauliflower is the underrated vegetable that you are going to want to include in your repertoire.

I’ve found a gorgeous girl who is thinking of joining us to build her client base this side of the bridge, but is nervous that she won’t build her client base quick enough!

Research Participants Needed

I am currently recruiting participants for a BTEC Level 6 in Advanced Clinical Massage research project titled:
“Evaluating the Effects of the Jing Method™ of Clinical Massage on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in Adults.”

This study explores whether clinical massage may have an effect on PTSD symptoms and overall wellbeing.

Study period:
24th August 2026 – 28th September 2026

What’s involved:
Screening process
Weekly PTSD & wellbeing questionnaires
6 weekly clinical massage sessions (60 minutes each)
Final questionnaire at week 16
Feedback on your experience

There is a £180 contribution towards the 6 treatments (discounted rate), with £50 donated to PTSD UK.

Participation is voluntary, confidential, and you can withdraw at any time.

As most of you know, I’m currently studying towards my Level 6 BTEC in Advanced Clinical Massage, and I’ve now entered my third and final year — a big milestone!

As part of this final stage, I’ll be carrying out a small-scale research project exploring the effects of the Jing Method of massage for adults living with PTSD.

Through both my personal experience and working with clients, I’ve seen just how powerful massage can be for mental wellbeing — helping to ease stress, calm the nervous system, and support overall emotional balance. It’s something I feel incredibly passionate about, and I’m excited to explore this further through my research.
