Glue PSA because I genuinely thought I was losing the plot… 😂🍒

We’ve had quite a few messages recently saying:

“My glue arrived open?”

I promise you… it hasn’t! 🤣

Our adhesive bottles have a tiny little stopper inside the lid. When the cap is screwed on, that stopper sits inside the nozzle to create an airtight seal and stop any air getting into the adhesive before it reaches you.

So although it can look like the bottle isn’t fully sealed, that’s actually exactly how it’s designed to be! ✨

The funniest part? 🤭 Our glues have ALWAYS come like this… since the day Cherry Lashez launched! So the sudden influx of messages had me questioning my own sanity for a minute🤦🏽‍♀️

And just to reassure everyone… ❤️

Every single adhesive restock we receive is freshly manufactured. We never open, test or tamper with any bottles before they’re sent to you. They go from our supplier, straight onto our shelves, then straight to your lash room so you’re getting the freshest adhesive possible.

🍒 A little extra tip…

That little red pin you receive in your order isn’t a seal or part of the packaging. It’s a handy nozzle pin to keep! If your glue ever gets a little clogged after you’ve been using it, simply pop the pin into the nozzle to clear

Hopefully that clears up the mystery… and saves me from questioning my own existence every time this message pops up🤣🍒
