Hi ladies! Hope you’re all enjoying the sun! 🌞 just wanted to put out a reminder of my cancellation policy as I think it may be being missed on my website….

Chica Bella runs a strict 24hr cancellation policy. When booking an appointment you are reserving a space in the diary that is no longer available to another client. Late cancellations and no shows cost vast amounts of lost income, therefore anyone who cancels or reschedules less than 24hrs prior to treatment will be asked to pay 50% of the reserved treatment cost to cover the loss of income for that time.

Hey peeps! Hope you’re all still doing well and keeping safe! Just a little update....the government has put forward a possible date of the 12th April that salons might open. However for the moment I won’t be taking any bookings until I have a definite opening date...which the government should be releasing around the 5th April.
