🚿 how to reset your nervous system

I've been doing hydro circuits, learning about them, I'm still learning more now, as well as how my own body and nervous system works. They make me feel so good 💆‍♀️

Good for lymphatic drainage and muscle recovery too. This is like heaven after a workout!

I’ve had a lot of people asking when I’ll be starting training — and I’m so excited to say it’s happening soon!

This class is completely beginner-friendly and all about good vibes, fun music, and feeling confident while moving your body. We won’t be using words like “embarrassed” or “not good” — because this is a safe, positive space where everyone is welcome.

If you’re nervous, just know I am too — it’s my first time running a class solo, and we’re all learning together.
Tickets will be under £10, and the playlist will be full of feel-good, fun songs — nothing too serious, just a great time.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to try something new, this is it 💗

"It’s just genetics.”
"You must have more energy than me.”
"You’ve always had support.”
"You had it easier.”
"You don’t get it.”

The truth is:
There have been moments I genuinely felt like I had zero support and the world was against me. no one to lean on, no one clapping, no shortcuts handed to me.
I didn’t get here by luck. I got here by showing up for myself when it felt like no one else would.

Discipline isn’t a trend; it’s emotional resilience and you need to incorporate it into your life if you want to experience meaning.
It’s keeping a promise to yourself when it would be easier to quit.
It’s staying consistent when you feel invisible.
It’s being your own structure when everything else feels unstable.

If you’re quietly working on yourself, with no cheerleaders or shortcuts...I see you and I'm here for you.
This came from choosing myself over and over, even when it really hurt.
