Sunscreen: Apply a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Make sure to re-apply frequently.

Cover Up: Wear sun-protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

Protect Vulnerable Skin: Take extra care with children and keep babies under 6 months out of direct sunlight.
