It’s a week on Sunday until the Breakwater swim on the 20th July.
I am really looking forward to taking part in this event and have been really enjoying the training.
People’s support so far has been a real boost and it really means a lot to me.

Chris the barber who runs The Hyde Park Hair Shop in Plymouth has volunteered to take part in a swim from the Breakwater to Plymouth Hoe for the Chestnut appeal, a 4k sea swim.
