Ensuring your lashes are placed perfectly, will have such a huge effect on your overall results.

If your lashes are layered on top of each other, you run the risk of the solutions not penetrating each lash equally. This can result in the overall lift being inconsistent in different areas.

If your lashes are not “standing like soldiers”, the final overall results will not look flawless. Spend extra time perfecting your lash placement, you’ll be glad you did when you finish the treatment.

I actually received this before Christmas and completely forgot to share it with you.

I still remember training in my first course in 2010! Starting my business in 2011 and launching my training academy in 2014.

The standards I received on the courses I undertook were truly shocking. This made me determined to work hard and further my own knowledge and education to become the best I could be in the treatments I offered.

There were very few things I took from my courses that were correct and so I self-taught a lot of what I knew in my first 2-3yrs after training. There were very few decent educators around, as Lash Extensions were still relatively knew. So it was trial and error… figuring out why things weren’t working, or how I could change things to improve on what I was taught.

Fast forward 3yrs, I had a goal… I wanted to help others avoid experiencing the same low quality, outdated courses/information that I did! I wanted to raise industry standards and give others the BEST opportunity to succeed in this industry, with always teaching up to date and the newest techniques and information.
I didn’t want to give out certificates ‘willy-nilly’ and I wanted to be able to support my students for as long as needed, even after qualifying.

11yrs on, since setting up The Beauty Training Group, I’ve trained and supported thousands of students across the country, and the majority are running successful, established and profitable businesses.

To be winning awards such as this… well, I think I can say I not only did I achieve my goal, I smashed through it 👏🏻
