Picture 1 is Helen. With copious massage years under her belt, she will be sure to get you feeling back to your happy, pain free self. Helen is an avid runner/cyclist/swimmer, and regularly signs herself up to crazy events! She can be found in the massage den on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Picture 2 is Laura. Also with many years of massaging under her belt, working alongside chiropractors has given her the knowledge and experience to get you back on the ‘straight’ and narrow. Laura also works as a cleaner for MerMaids, has 4 children running her ragged, 4 cats and a husband. She makes sure she gets out for a run a few times a week, but not quite as energetic as Helen! Laura can be found in the massage den on Fridays.

Well done to my inspirational Mum (Helen) for completing her triathlon today! 5th in her category! What an absolute super star. ⭐️

Excited to try out the JellyLab face masks!
I have a couple of guinea pigs lined up for the skin rejuvenator machine and once I feel ready I will start booking in for the jelly mask + back neck and shoulder massage 😍😍🧖🏼‍♀️ watch this space ‼️
