It’s that time of year again where all the yucky bugs come out to play. Please let us know if you have a cold or any other contagious virus. We will not charge for late cancellations as we would rather not bring any germs back to our families (obviously there will be a charge if you don’t turn up without letting us know).
I have added a little list of other possible reasons to not have a massage without doctors advice. Pregnancy doesn’t count as we are qualified in pregnancy massage 😉 Cancer treatment is a grey area, again will need the ok from the GP as every one is different.
If you are ever in doubt about anything please message us as we are more than happy to help and give our advice.

🍃 world mental health day 🍃
We are ALWAYS here to chat to on your appointment. Nothing is off limits and our 4 walls are a self confessed safe space. Please do not suffer in silence. You are enough 💕

Laura has availability next week. DM If you would like to book 😁

Only a few spaces left! 💕
