***Treatment notification***

Unfortunately I am unable to carry out facials and full pedicures for the next wee while ( can do nail tidy on toes only) due to my second hand having carpal tunnel issues. I am due to get surgery on my right hand , but unsure as to when that will be, so in the meantime I have to restrict any treatment that will aggravate the symptoms of my hand.
Apologies for any inconvenience and I will keep everyone updated as to when my surgery is and amend any appointments that is necessary.

Thursday 4th Dec - 930am until 3pm
Wednesday 10th Dec - 2pm until 4pm
Thursday 11th Dec - full
Friday 12th Dec - 1pm until 4pm

As of Tues 16th to wednesday 24th Dec I am fully booked.
I appreciate things can happen like becoming unwell etc, but if you are booked in from the 16th until 24th, please do try attend your appointment, I don't normally charge if you do not turn up to the appointment, but because this is such a busy time I will be putting a "no show" charge in place, if you are unable to make your appointment, please contact me as soon as you can and we can try reschedule (if possible) it also gives anyone on my cancellation list a chance to get in.

Regarding Appointments and Communications

I would like to kindly remind everyone how I manage appointments and messages:
• I use a dedicated work phone, which stays at the salon.
• Calls and messages are answered during working hours only.
• Once I leave the salon, I will not be available to respond until the next working day. This includes on occasions when I have multiple days off in succession .

Please note that leaving multiple messages or repeatedly calling will not result in a quicker response.

I am truly grateful for all my wonderful customers and your continued support. At the same time, I ask for your understanding that outside of work hours, I dedicate my time to my personal life and family.

I will be off all next week, any messages or voicemails will be answered Wednesday 13th August. Also please note I am fully booked that week(w/c 11th aug) and most of the following week(w/c 18th) Fri 22nd there is some space available. 🥰🥰🥰 # # #

I am fully booked until the end of July and then I'm off of on holiday for one week the beginning of August (4th -12th)

Currently I'm in a power cut(7pm on 24th Jan) if it's not back on in polmont by tomorrow I will be in touch with clients that are booked in for Sat 25th. Xx
