Good evening yogis,

Can you believe we’re at the end of another month?! The year is flying by, but on a positive note that means that tomorrow’s class is a lovely yin class. A wonderful way to ease ourselves into October.

If you don’t have to rush off after class, I’d love it if you could join me for a cuppa just up the road. I’ll be bringing cupcakes with me as it was my birthday yesterday 🥳

We have a lovely hatha yoga class tomorrow. We’ll be using straps to help with hip opening stretches and I might even treat you to a longer savasana! 😉

It’s the first Thursday of the month so it’s a lovely yin class today. Using bolsters and blocks to support you in your poses. I have mats or you are welcome to bring your own.

The kids are finally back at school after 7 weeks off 😅 so I am absolutely ready for this! 🤣

Good morning yogis,

I’m sorry to have to do this but I’m going to have to cancel this morning’s class. I started with a sore throat on Tuesday but it’s progressed to a full blown cold and there’s no way I’d make it through an hours’ teaching 😩 my throat feels like I’ve swallowed razor blades!

I’m away for a few days next week for my son’s birthday so next class will be on Thursday 3rd September, which will be a lovely Yin class.
