✨ Hair Journey – Session 2 ✨

Ellie began her blonde journey just after Christmas, and today she came back for another round of lifting 🤍

We completed a full head of fine foils to lift as much as possible while keeping the hair feeling healthy and strong — and the results really do speak for themselves 😍

We also took a good amount of length off to remove more of the permanent colour, helping us reach her end goal even sooner 🙌🏻

Blonde transformations are a process… but when you trust it, the results are worth it ✨

After this, I have no colour appointments available until the end of March.
I will also be away the first week of April and fully booked the second week during the school holidays.

Cancellation Policy Reminder 🤍

Unfortunately, I’ve had to enforce my cancellation policy a couple of times this month due to last-minute cancellations and missed appointments.

I genuinely hate having to do this. But I am extremely busy, and with enough notice I can easily fill those spaces. When cancellations happen last minute, I simply can’t.

This policy isn’t there to be difficult — it’s there to protect me and my business. This isn’t a hobby; it’s my livelihood. I have salon overheads to cover before I even take home an income — rent, utilities, stock, booking systems — and then of course my personal bills.

In an ideal world, I’d say “don’t worry about it.”
But this month alone, last-minute cancellations would have cost my business £350.

Would you go to work and be told you weren’t being paid that day?

My appointment terms and conditions are clearly laid out when booking. The system sends reminder emails, texts and WhatsApps, and once an appointment is confirmed it becomes the client’s responsibility to attend or cancel within the required notice period.

If you download the Fresha app, your appointments can link directly to your phone calendar — which is really helpful for keeping track.

I truly appreciate every single one of you for your continued support and loyalty. Your understanding means everything 🤍
