Hi everyone hope your all well. Due to a number of missed appointments and cancellations we have had no other option but to put a 48hr cancellation policy in place. So as from the 1st August we are now having to charge a 50% fee due to loss of money and not be able to fill the appointments in time. I hope you all understand but we are only a small business and carnt afford to loose money and custom.

Jess has been with us over a year and has done a fantastic job covering maternity leave. She's now slowly but surely building up her own clientele.
