✨ Reflecting on 2025 ✨

As the year comes to a close, I just want to take a moment to reflect on what has been a huge year both personally and professionally.

2025 has seen me take the next step in my journey by starting my Masters in Physiotherapy 📚at York St John University, a challenging but incredibly rewarding move.

Professionally, it’s been a year of ups and downs with Featherstone Rovers, followed by an exciting move to Leeds United, bringing new opportunities and lessons along the way.

Alongside this, I’m proud to say that Revive Sports Therapy has continued to grow, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the trust and support from everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with this year.

Thank you to every client, athlete, and (most, you know who you are…) colleagues who have been part of the journey.
