One whole year. 🤍 And what a year it’s been.

I’m so incredibly proud of what I’ve built with Lara Rose, but I don’t think anyone will ever truly know how much it’s taken to get here.

Personally, this has been one of the the hardest years of my life. For the last six months especially, there have been days when I genuinely felt like I couldn’t hold myself together.

But I still got up. I still showed up. As a single mum, running this alongside Bella’s — my other business — and being the only full-time member of staff at the academy, I taught the courses, supported my students, answered the messages, promoted, planned and kept building, even on the days when it took everything I had.

There was no “somehow” about this business succeeding. I’ve worked my absolute guts out for it. Behind every full course, every student, every booking and every bit of growth was a lot of hard work and a refusal to give up, even when my personal life felt like it was falling apart.

That’s why our first birthday means so much more than just one year in business. It’s proof to me that if I could build and grow Lara Rose through the hardest year of my life, I’m beyond excited to see what I can do now I finally feel like me again. 🤍

So here’s to the next chapter — bigger goals, new ideas and so much more to come.
