Just a reminder that Nomaura will be closed from 25th–31st August while I take a little summer break.
August is already filling up, so if you’ve been thinking about booking a massage, facial, head spa, Reiki or one of my signature rituals, I’d recommend securing your appointment soon to avoid missing out.

We’re often taught to distract ourselves from difficult emotions.
Stay busy.
Stay positive.
Keep going.
But emotions aren’t a sign that you’re failing.
They’re part of being human.
The more we fight, suppress or judge what we’re feeling, the more our nervous system can stay on high alert.
Sometimes healing begins when we stop asking,
“How do I make this go away?”
…and start asking,
“Can I make space for this, without judging myself for feeling it?”
The goal isn’t to never feel sadness, anxiety or grief.
The goal is to trust that you can move through them.
Because emotions are visitors.
They come.
They ask for our attention.
And when they’ve been acknowledged, they eventually pass.

One of the greatest compliments I can receive isn’t about a treatment…
It’s when someone says they felt safe, understood and genuinely cared for.
My aim has never been to simply provide a massage or Reiki session. I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, breathe and feel supported without judgement.
