Just wanted to give you all an update. Dan's been really poorly and been in hospital for a few days. They've said now if this treatment doesn't work for the seizures then all treatment will stop and we will start end of life talks. Just want to give a big shout out to Latisha Williams Laura Keen Emma Wooding Clair Richards Vicky Williams Mark Adams Warren Jones Louise Young Neil Rees Leanne Mason (Mrs Westwood, Ms Furnival, Mrs white and the rest of the staff at Emelia's school) blaenavon drs surgery from the receptionists and of course the drs. Also others that I haven't mentioned for all your support at this awful time. I don't say much but I'm absolutely devastated of the thought of losing not just my husband but my soul mate and best friend. The best daddy ever. Everyone that knows him knows how amazing he is so please let's give him the best party ever. He really deserves the world and more. He's become very poorly but still is adamant he isn't leaving his 3 girls. We love you Dan so much and each and everyone of us are so proud of you. 🩵

Just a update for everyone. Dan's been poorly with a chest infection but is on the mend now. They are also putting us as a priority for moving because of the stairs are unsuitable now. He's really looking forward to his party though and seeing everyone. He also really enjoyed Easter and eating all the kids eggs 😂

F**k cancer you prick!! We've had the worst 2 days. Thank god for Latisha Williams our daughter in law or wouldn't have coped. They came out yesterday and told us the bed had to be put back in the living room because he's become so poorly so quickly and has a job to climb the stairs. The sofas have had to go and the living room is now Dan's room. Took us until 3am with 3 kids to look after as well. It's been so hard. The ot is going to apply for a specialist bed next week. Life's just changing so quickly.

Hi Dan's wife here. Dan's been turned down for the clinical trial unfortunately due to seizures etc the treatment hasn't worked and the tumour has spread. He's had a terrible few days of seizures but now home on a higher dose of keppra (seizure meds) and steroids. They done a CT scan last night and found fluid on the brain. We will see what his consultant says tomorrow and update you. Thank you

Sorry we haven't been updating but Dan had another seizure the other night and I've been on pins since. I haven't slept again. Any little movement and I'm on edge. This one was horrible and it was when he was fast asleep. Hopefully they up his seizure meds today!!

Hi all Dan's wife here. I'm just waiting on a date if I can hire anywhere but looking at the 24th of 25th of April for a celebration of life party for him. Please try and keep these dates available if you can and please come. It would be lovely for him to see all his friends. There will be food, cake and lots of pictures of him around the place.
