Ask about the Monthly Maintenance Plan .

I have faith in my tribe …

30/07/2026

One thing really struck me this week…

Every client I saw was part of my Monthly Maintenance Scheme.

What I realised is that it’s about so much more than spreading the cost.

When your next appointment is already booked and already paid for…

āœ”ļø You’re far less likely to put yourself last.
āœ”ļø You don’t wait until you’re stiff, stressed or in pain.
āœ”ļø Your body gets regular maintenance instead of emergency repairs.
āœ”ļø You create a healthy habit that becomes part of your routine.

We service our cars every year.
We charge our phones every day.
Yet so many of us wait until our bodies are crying out for help before we do anything.

A monthly massage is your reset button.

An hour to slow down.
An hour to recover.
An hour invested in feeling better for the weeks ahead.

That’s why I created the Monthly Maintenance Scheme.

It’s not about buying massages…
It’s about making your wellbeing a priority.

Your body carries you through every single day.

Maybe it’s time to start looking after it the way it looks after you.

šŸ’™ Ask me how the Monthly Maintenance Scheme works.

People often ask why I’m not very social, or why I seem to be working all the time.

The honest answer is that, in my 50s, I finally began to understand that I’ve probably spent my whole life living with undiagnosed ADHD.

It’s given me incredible gifts—boundless energy, endless ideas, creativity, resilience, and an unshakeable belief that almost anything is possible. It’s also meant I’ve spent decades feeling like I’ve never quite done enough. No matter how much I achieve, there’s always another mountain to climb, another idea to explore, another person I want to help.

Today I run four businesses, and I genuinely love what I do. But with that comes a reality that many people don’t see. Time is limited. Sometimes I have to say no to social events. Sometimes friendships drift because I simply can’t be everywhere I’d like to be. It’s never because I don’t care. If anything, I probably care too much.

As I’ve got older, I’ve realised something important: success means very little if we don’t look after ourselves.

For years I was so busy building a life that I forgot to protect the person living it.

That’s one of the reasons The Retreat means so much to me.

It isn’t just another business. It’s the place I wish had existed years ago—a space where people, especially men who often put themselves last, can stop, breathe, recharge, and remember that their own wellbeing matters too.

Because I know what it’s like to keep going when your mind won’t switch off. I know what it’s like to pour your energy into everyone else while quietly running on empty yourself.

The Retreat isn’t about escaping life. It’s about finding the strength, balance, and headspace to enjoy it again.

If my own journey has taught me anything, it’s this: we’re not meant to spend our lives simply surviving. We deserve moments of peace, connection, and restoration.

So if you don’t see me at every social gathering, please know I’m probably doing what I love most—helping someone else find a little more calm, confidence, or happiness.

And for me, that’s a life well lived.
