I’m proud to be volunteering with MD Sports Therapy in support of Velindre Cancer Charity, helping runners perform and recover their best.

🏃‍♂️ Before the race: Need some kinesiology tape for any niggles or areas that need a little extra support? Come and see me before you head to the start line!

💆🏼‍♂️ After the race: Crossed the finish line? Pop over for a post-race sports massage to help kick-start your recovery. We will also have some plasters on hand for those post race blisters🩹🩹
