3 rugby playing boys and a sailor husband, I wanted to make lovely bars of soap which could be used by the whole family on rainy days, after muddy matches and for an indulgent bath after a long day at work. Fed up with bulky plastic bottles and hidden nasties, I decided to learn the craft of soap making, essential oil blending and, using my allotment as inspiration, developed an eye for natural colours and botanicals. Most oils are purchased locally, and butters are bought within UK. Made in small batches in my Poole soap studio using honest straight forward ingredients, quality essential oils and locally picked botanicals. Each bar is cut and wrapped by hand and packed off with love.
