It’s easy to see a big following and assume someone must be popular, experienced and good at what they do.

But follower numbers can be bought, and they certainly don’t tell you anything about someone’s injecting ability, safety or results.

I actually remove followers regularly. I’d much rather have a smaller audience of people who are genuinely interested in aesthetics than thousands of random accounts.

So when you’re choosing your injector, look beyond the number.

August has been a lovely mix of family time, adventures, a little bit of work and making the most of the summer.

I also took a bit of a break from social media this month… it felt SO good. Sometimes it’s nice to put the phone down and just be present. I am honestly beyond grateful, that despite this you have continued to book in knowing I am still here without showing up on the socials 🫶

A trip away to watch the solar eclipse…but make it a full holiday with friends 🤍

4. 🏡 It’s happening!
The building work has officially begun… thanks for bearing with me on your visit to clinic.

5 & 6🧘‍♀️ Time to reset
A weekend retreat, some quiet time and a chance to properly switch off and find that long lost zen!

7. 🎪 Camp Bestival
A weekend of music, sunshine and fun with some of my favourite people.

8. 💦 Never too old…
A slip & slide, a sunny day and feeling like a kid again!

9. 🍸 Trying something new
Finally tried an espresso martini… just like matcha, it’s another no from me! 😂

10. 🧴 Peel season is here!
Kicking things off with a new- to- clinic medical grade product… I’m so excited for this one!

11. 💉 And yes… I did work!
A little proof that amongst all the fun, I did actually spend some time in clinic too… and had some awesome people through the door. 🤍

Two years in the planning… and it was finally time. 🌒✨

We travelled to Majorca specifically to experience the solar eclipse, and somehow the reality was even more magical than we imagined.

A moment we’ll never forget, shared with our family and friends. Watching the sky change together, knowing how long we’d planned for this exact moment… absolutely worth it. 🤍

Our original plan to see the eclipse by boat was unexpectedly cancelled at the last minute, but we decided to take it as fate. And I honestly think it led us to an even better experience… surrounded by people from all around the world, all there for the exact same reason. 🌍✨

One of those rare experiences that makes you stop, look around, and realise how lucky you are to be there. A beach full of people excited and cheering at this natural phenomenon. It was such an emotional moment and to know that we shared that lifetime memory with the kids.
