Following zero sleep last night, I treated myself to microneedling and under eye skin boosters, fully expecting a quiet evening afterwards.

Then a last minute festival invite landed in my lap.

So there I was, sitting in a field a few hours later with no make up on, slightly (very) pink skin, puffy Hitch kind of eyes and absolutely no festival preparation whatsoever.

I thought I might take some time out last month but I didn’t get round it and then half term happened to and it turns out May was just as busy as the month before!

Here’s what happened…

1. The second most popular treatment this month was microdermabrasion… and for good reason. It pairs perfectly with my most popular treatment 🤐 , helping to keep skin looking fresh, smooth and glowing between appointments. A winning combination if you ask me!

2. This month my little boy turned 8. I’m not sure where the time has gone, but apparently he’s growing up while I’m staying exactly the same age 😜

3. The most purchased products this month were from the Heliocare 360 range. From family-friendly SPF lotions to the handy on-the-go sticks, so many of you chose to protect yourselves and your families with high-quality sun protection as we headed into the brighter months.

4. May also meant preparing more surprise gift vouchers. Each one was carefully packaged with samples and a few sweet treats because for that extra special experience.

5. One thing I’ll never take for granted is the trust you place in me. I’m so grateful to treat people of all ages, but a huge number of you are coming in during your mid to late 30s, which is often the perfect time to start addressing concerns as they begin to appear rather than waiting until they become more established.

6. I had a few big clear-outs this month.

Clear home, clear mind.

While sorting through old things, I came across a card from my Nan who is no longer with us. It was from around 2012 and tucked inside was a cheeky £20 note. I still can’t quite bring myself to do anything with it 🥹
