Why is hair extension maintenance SO important? 🤍🫶🏼

Looking after your hair extensions properly after your fitting is what keeps them looking their best. 🤍

Your aftercare at home is so important, so always make sure you’re following all the advice given to you. The right products, gentle brushing and good daily habits all help protect both your extensions and your natural hair.

But just as important is having your maintenance appointment every 6–8 weeks. 🫶🏼

As your natural hair grows, your extensions move further away from the scalp. Regular maintenance allows us to reposition them, check the health of your natural hair, remove any shedding or tangling, and keep everything sitting comfortably and looking seamless.

Skipping or delaying maintenance can lead to unnecessary matting, tangling and extra tension on your natural hair … so please don’t wait to book your maintenance! 🫶🏼

The correct placement allows the hair to lay super flat, blend seamlessly with your natural hair, and not damage your natural hair. Maintenance is required every 6-8 weeks. Your hair health is my top priority.
