I love adding more knowledge and skills to my practice.

Onychogryphosis, also known as Ram's horn nails.
The owner of this pair of feet was offered a surgery for both his big toenails to be removed but due to the months long wait, he decided to book an appointment to see me while he's waiting.
He was patient enough for an extra long treatment, so we had a good long chat, while (somehow 😉) his toenails got back to be tidy and comfortable again.
No pain was experienced during the treatment.
The outcome: I will be looking after this pair of feet every 6-8 weeks to keep them tidy, the surgery has been cancelled 😊

This is not an ordinary cup of tea.
And this is not "how I like my tea".
But sometimes I am happy to sacrifice the comfort in order to give my immune system a boost.
In the season of colds and flues I , even more, turn to as natural as possible remedies and foods/drinks, to help myself and my family stay healthy.
Of course, you still need to be careful and read up about foods, when you don’t know their properties, but reading and applying some healthy additions to your every day life can save you the need of treatment with medications on many occasions.
This morning I'm enjoying a cup of herbal tea (nettle, ginkgo biloba and thyme) with some Bee Pollen which I added for its great benefits (unless you're allergic to bee products).

And of course, look after your feet 😆

Corns on your feet...
Come in all sizes and shapes... caused by pressure, sometimes they hurt, sometimes you don't even know they're there... either way, attention is needed to avoid further complications.

It is still too cold for the town birds to rely only on natural food...so a little snack and water is important 😉
