2hr25 Half Marathon 🥳 non stop running! Loved every second of London Landmarks.

First 2 photos represent the first 19km……the rest of the photos were taken in the last 200m and represent the last 2km where I had to dig deep! Enjoy the facial expressions 🤣

I’m a lucky girl to have you all.

On Wednesday I rolled my foot on a cycle lane curb (be careful, they’re like optical illusions) and couldn’t put any weight on it at all, even had to have an xray. I genuinely thought I wouldn’t be running yesterday... but instead my foot made a miraculous recovery and I went out and knocked 25mins off my PB from 4 years ago. Fitter at 40 and all that 😆

Thanks to my foot for not letting me and everyone else down 🫡🦶
